What happens after I submit the form?+

How accurate is the price shown?+
It's a real recommendation — same number we'd quote on a call — but we always finalize after a 90-minute discovery. We have walked clients down to lower tiers when they didn't need more.
What about long-term contracts?+
Initial term is 6 months, then month-to-month with 30 days notice. We don't believe in lock-in. If we are not delivering, you should be able to leave with your data, accounts and SOPs intact.
Can you work alongside our internal IT person?+
Yes — and many of our best engagements look like this. We become the senior architecture layer while your internal person owns day-to-day operations. Specify this on the call.
How are licenses, hardware and ad spend handled?+
Pass-through at cost. We surface every license, every renewal, every ad invoice, every hardware charge in your monthly statement. We never take vendor commissions. The retainer is our only revenue from a client.
