Questions people ask before they start
The six that come up on nearly every first call, answered before you ask.
What happens after I press the button?
You get a written plan by email and a callback the same business day, usually within an hour. The call is a plain conversation about what is breaking. Nothing is signed on that call.
Do I have to give a credit card?
No. There is no payment until you decide to go ahead, and you see the price in writing before that.
Is the price you show the real price?
It is the price band we would quote. We confirm the final number in writing after we look at what you actually run, and we have moved people down a band when they did not need more.
Am I locked into a long contract?
The first term is six months, then it is month to month with thirty days notice. If you leave, you leave with your data, your accounts and your written procedures.
Can you work alongside the person we already have?
Yes. That is common. We take the senior side while your person keeps the day to day. Say so on the call and we will set it up that way.
What do you do with the information I give you?
We use it to prepare your plan and to call you back. We handle it in line with PIPEDA, and with PHIPA where health records are involved. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a list.
Would you rather just talk to someone?
Leave your name and a number. A person calls you back the same business day, usually within an hour, and stays with your account after that.
