One monthly price, published here.

Three plans. Each one covers a set list of work for a fixed monthly fee, and the fee is for the whole business whatever your headcount. The prices are on this page. Read them, then ask us to call you back.

A smaller office?

Small Office Support is $1,900 a month for offices of 5 to 15 people. It covers the computers, the email, the files and the daily backup, with the same callback promise. Ask for it by name when we call you back.

The per-person figures are the monthly fee divided by the number of people each plan covers. The fee stays the same anywhere inside that range.

The same in all three plans

These hold whichever plan you pick, and they are written into the agreement.

  • One fixed price a month for the whole business. Hire inside your plan’s range and your bill stays where it is.
  • A named person on your account who knows your business and answers when you ask for a callback.
  • Month to month. Thirty days notice in writing ends it.
  • Move up or down a plan whenever you want, on the same 30 days notice.
  • Your data handled in line with PIPEDA, and with PHIPA where health records are involved.
  • We take no commission from any supplier we recommend. Your monthly fee is the only money we make from you.
  • Pay twelve months up front and the price drops by 10 percent.

What you pay for separately

Four things sit outside the monthly fee. We put them in writing before you sign, so the first invoice holds no surprises.

Hardware and software licences

Laptops, servers, Microsoft 365 seats and the like are billed at what they cost us. We add nothing on top, and every renewal shows on your monthly statement.

Advertising budget

If we run campaigns for you, the money you spend with Google or Meta is yours and goes straight to them. We bill for the work only.

Large one-off projects

A new office, a website rebuilt from scratch, a move to a new customer system. Each is quoted on its own, at a fixed price agreed before anyone starts.

Work from a higher plan

You can add a piece of a bigger plan without moving up to it. We quote it before it starts, and your monthly fee changes only when you say yes.

How the agreement works

Starting

We agree the plan and the start date in writing. Then we take over your accounts, put monitoring on your computers, and tell you what we found.

Paying

One invoice a month, on the same day each month, for the amount published on this page. Pay twelve months up front and the price drops by 10 percent.

Changing

Move up or down a plan on 30 days notice, in either direction. Growing past your plan’s range starts a conversation before it starts a bigger invoice.

Leaving

The agreement runs month to month. Give us 30 days notice in writing and the billing stops at the end of that period.

Questions about the price

The price on this page is the price on the invoice.

Does the price go up as we hire?

The monthly fee is set by the plan and covers the whole business. Hire ten people inside your plan’s range and your bill is the same. When you grow past the range, we sit down with you and agree the next plan before anything on the invoice moves.

What contract do we sign?

A plain-language agreement that runs month to month. Thirty days written notice ends it. If the work stops being what we promised, you can leave.

What about hardware, licences and ad money?

Billed at cost. Every licence, every renewal and every ad invoice appears on your monthly statement at the price we paid. The monthly fee is the only money we make from you.

Can we do a single project instead of a monthly plan?

Yes, for a job with clear edges — a website rebuild, a move to a new customer system, a new office. We quote a fixed price for that job on its own, and you decide about a monthly plan afterwards.

We already have an IT person. Where does that leave us?

Your person stays and we sit behind them: the escalations, the decisions about what to buy, the supplier calls, and the parts they do not cover. We work out which plan fits on the callback.

Do you take commission from the software you recommend?

No. Your monthly fee is the only money we take from a client, so we can recommend what suits your business.

We will tell you which plan fits

Leave your name and number. A person calls you back the same business day, usually within an hour. They ask about a dozen questions and tell you which plan fits your business, including the smallest one when that is the honest answer.

  1. 1You leave your name and your number.
  2. 2A person calls you back the same business day, usually within an hour.
  3. 3We agree a plan on the phone, or we book the free audit and find out first.

Ask us to call you back

Leave your name and number. A real person calls you back the same business day, usually within an hour.

We use your number to call you back about your request. Nothing else.
