Two locations or twenty

Every location should work the same way.

We look after the offices, shops and sites you cannot walk into today, for businesses running two locations or twenty across Canada.

A person calls you back the same business day, usually within an hour.

The back office of a small retail store, the owner checking stock on a computer
The second office has been down since Tuesday and nobody told me.

Head office hears about it last, usually from a customer.

Three things that break across locations.

These are the calls we get from owners running more than one address, in the words they use. Under each one is what we actually do about it.

One location is down and you hear about it last.

Staff at the far site work around a broken thing for days, tell each other, and tell you only when a customer complains or a number comes in short.

What we do

We watch every location from one place, so the alert reaches us the hour it happens instead of the week it gets mentioned. You get one plain monthly report showing what broke, where, and what we did about it.

Every location bought its own equipment.

Three brands of computer, four internet providers, two ways of doing the same job, and a manager at each site who fixed things their own way. Nothing can be repaired the same way twice.

What we do

We write down one standard setup and roll it out location by location, at a pace you set. After that a new office opens from a checklist, and a broken machine gets replaced the same way at any address.

Somebody who left three months ago still has access.

Local managers hire and let people go without telling head office. Old accounts, shared passwords and door codes stay live at sites you rarely visit.

What we do

We put every account on one list you can see, close access the same day a person leaves, and end the shared-password habit by giving each person their own. You approve the list each month, we do the work.

Head office hears about it first.

We watch every address from one place, and tell you what broke and where.

One team for all your addresses, one number to call, one bill.

Your account lead answers the callback and knows every site you run.

What we look after across locations.

Tell us how many addresses you run and which ones you want covered. Square, Lightspeed, Shopify POS — the tills and the back office run on computers and connections, and those are exactly what we watch in every location.

  • The same setup in every officeOne standard for computers, network and accounts, written down so any of our people can work at any of your sites.
  • One screen that shows every locationWhich site is running, which is not, and what we are doing about it right now.
  • Internet at each site and the link between themA working line at every address, a second way out where it matters, and a private link between offices.
  • New office openingsA checklist we run, so a location opens ready on the first morning instead of settling in over three weeks.
  • People joining and leaving at every siteAccess on the first day and closed on the last one, wherever the person works.
  • One billOne monthly invoice covering every location you asked us to cover, instead of a folder of small ones.

What it costs across locations.

The price list is published. You see the number before you sign, and it does not move because a month was busy.

$3,400CAD a month — where the published list starts, for one location
$8,900CAD a month — the middle plan, for several locations
30 daysnotice to add, drop or leave, after the first six months

The price list adjusts for how many people you have and how many locations, and we confirm the final number in a call before anything is signed. You choose which addresses are covered, and you can change that later on 30 days' notice. Data is handled in line with PIPEDA.

Ask us to call you back
Do you charge per location?

The published price list adjusts for how many people and how many locations you have. We confirm the final number in a call before anything is signed, and it is one invoice a month for all of it.

Do you come to our sites in person?

Ask us on the callback which of your addresses we can reach in person and how quickly. We answer with the real coverage for your list of sites rather than a map that looks good on a website.

Can you cover only some of our locations?

Yes. We agree which addresses are in and which are out, and the price follows that list. You can add or drop a location later on 30 days' notice.

Tell us which location is giving you trouble.

Leave your name and number. A person calls you back the same business day, usually within an hour, and asks plain questions about what stopped working and where.

Or start with the free infrastructure audit

We look at what each of your locations is running today, write down where they differ and what is at risk, and hand you the list. No charge, and no obligation to hire us.
