Do you come out to Mississauga, or is this all remote?+
Both. The day-to-day work is done from our side, over the connection to your machines, because that is faster than any drive. When the problem needs hands — cabling, a dead switch, a new location — we agree the visit time on the callback and put it in writing.
We have three locations in Peel Region. Is that three contracts?+
One. The published price covers the whole business rather than each address or each person: Essential Support at $3,400 CAD a month, Growth Operations at $8,900 CAD a month, a full department quoted after the free audit. The agreement runs month to month, with 30 days notice.
Can you take over from the company we use now without a shutdown?+
Yes. We start by writing down what you have and who holds which account, then move things over in a planned order, out of business hours where a change would interrupt work. You keep working while it happens.
Our warehouse machines and our office computers are on the same network. Is that a problem?+
It is a common one here. Scanners, label printers and the equipment on the floor are usually old and rarely patched, and they sit on the same line as your email and your files. We separate them so a problem on the warehouse side cannot reach your records, and we write down which device is which so nobody has to guess later.
One location has a person who fixes things and the others do not. Does that work?+
It works when the boundary is written down. Tell us on the callback what that person looks after, and we take the rest of it in writing, for every address, so nothing falls between the two of us.
